Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the BuyBack Ninja platform.
1. Legal Ownership of Gadgets
By using BuyBack Ninja to sell your device, you strictly affirm that:
- You are the sole legal owner of the device being sold.
- You are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental consent.
- The device is not stolen, blacklisted, or involved in any illegal activity. BuyBack Ninja reports all stolen devices to legal authorities.
2. Initial Quotes & Evaluation
The price quote generated on our website is an initial estimate based on the condition details you provide.
Tentative Offer
The online price is not final and is subject to physical verification.
Verification
Our executive will test the device components (screen, battery, camera, etc.) at the time of pickup.
3. Changes to the Offer (Re-quote)
If the device's actual condition differs from your online declaration (e.g., scratches found, FaceID not working), our executive will provide a revised price.
- Acceptance: You may accept the revised price, and the payment will be processed immediately.
- Rejection: You may reject the revised price. The order will be cancelled instantly with no service charge.
4. Documentation Requirements
To comply with government regulations regarding the sale of second-hand goods, you must provide valid proof of identity during pickup.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is initiated only after the physical inspection is complete and you have handed over the device.
- Payments are made via Instant Bank Transfer (IMPS) or UPI.
- Once payment is successful, the transaction is final. The device cannot be returned or reclaimed.
6. Prohibited Transactions
BuyBack Ninja reserves the right to deny service or cancel orders for:
Fake Devices
Counterfeit or non-genuine devices.
Locked Devices
iCloud locked, pattern locked, or MDM locked devices.
Modified Serial Numbers
Devices with tampered IMEI or Serial numbers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyBack Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data left on the device, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
8. Data Erasure Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to back up and delete all personal data from the device before handover.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Modifications
BuyBack Ninja reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be notified via our website.
